The idea was to develop an underground garage at Ludo Hartmann-Platz square in the 16th District of Vienna, while taking into account existing sports and children’s playgrounds as well as the tree population. One of IC Projektentwicklung’s priorities in the redevelopment of the square was to create further high-quality facilities for a variety of interests and activities. The garage itself impresses on the one hand by its friendly architecture with clearly structured parking areas for long- and short-term parkers, on the other hand by its optimal integration in the traffic infrastructure Brunnengasse. At the surface, free space was created, making Ludo Hartmann-Platz square an exceptional experience for neighbours and pedestrians alike. |
