HOTEL ZWEI
The hotel´s 251 lavishly furnished rooms and suites offer both business and holiday travellers the opportunity to enjoy exquisite accommodations. The first Courtyard by Marriott hotel opened in Atlanta in 1983. Since then, the hotel chain has grown to include over 700 locations all over the world. The new hotel will be the fourth Courtyard by Marriott location in Austria in addition to Graz, Linz and Vienna Schönbrunn.
HOTEL ZWEI was turned over to the tenant, Bierwirth & Partner Hotelmanagement GmbH, in spring 2008. The hotel´s structure is divided into two distinct sections: the transparent one-floor base and the eight-floor hotel wing that emerges from the base and appears to be floating above it. The building´s glass facade creates flowing transitions between the indoor and outdoor areas and is a symbol of the hotel´s open and communictive architecture.
The new hotel on Trabrennstraße offers business travellers the most modern amenities. All of the rooms and suites are equipped with individually adjustable climate control systems, satellite TV, fax and modem connections. The guest rooms, banquet rooms and conference rooms also have broadband Internet connections. WLAN is available in all of the public areas of the hotel and in the banquet rooms.
And guests who want to take a break can relax or burn off stress in the fitness and wellness centre, followed by dinner on the hotel restaurant´s lakeside terrace and a walk around the 5,000 m² lake located right outside the front door.
