BIZ ZWEI - More quality of life

The office building BIZ ZWEI, designed by architect Martin Kohlbauer, complements the unique design of PLUS ZWEI. The interplay between the smooth forms of the lake´s shores and the hard but defined lines of the building will be enhanced on the new site and will also be reinforced by the buildings´varying heights.

In order to highlight the visual relationship between the dominant open spaces of the meadow and the lake, BIZ ZWEI´s ground floor has an open and transparent structure. Due to its intelligent design, BIZ ZWEI sets new standards in working environment quality. Its clear form creates plenty of room for creative planning and customised floor plans to ensure efficient use.
