HOCH ZWEI – High above the rest

The first visible sign of the new VIERTEL ZWEI project that is currently under construction is the HOCH ZWEI office building located directly next to Vienna´s Prater in the heart of the Krieau district. The building is 80 metres tall and employs a distinct concave-convex design from the architects henke and schreieck. The building is impressive not only because of its transparent architecture but also because of the extremely efficient use of space: HOCH ZWEI has 23 floors with a total rental space of 21,700 m² - state of the art office with the most modern furnishings for optimal working conditions.

The excellent location on the U2 metro line allows for quick travel to the city centre. Construction started in January 2007 and OMV is the first tenant and moved into the building at the beginning of 2009.
