RUND VIER - Four times as much

The office project RUND VIER, designed by the architects henke and schreieck, comprises four free-standing office buildings of various heights that are lined up in a row. The office complex offers a total rental space of 21,100 m². Together the four concave/convex buildings form a homogenous whole. The position of the four structures creates exciting exterior spaces that merge into the surrounding green areas.

The efficient use of space in this architecturally challenging project allows for more naturally light, high quality office space: 87% of RUND VIER´s total gross floor space can be categorised as rental space. An above average portion of this space is flooded with sunlight, making it valuable and attractive office space.
